Quantum Reports is an information service only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of financial recommendation. All content — including AI analysis, sentiment scores, news summaries, and market data — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You should not rely on any information on this platform as the basis for making financial or investment decisions. Always conduct your own independent research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Quantum Reports (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
2. Description of Service
Quantum Reports is a financial news aggregation and AI analysis tool. The Service provides:
- A curated feed of financial news articles from publicly available sources
- AI-generated plain English explanations and analysis of news headlines
- Sentiment scoring for stocks and market sectors based on news coverage
- A stock tickers directory with market data and AI sentiment
- Personal watchlist and saved articles features
- Email digest notifications (Premium subscribers)
All AI-generated content is produced by large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. It must not be relied upon as accurate, complete, or up to date.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription and Payment
Pricing
A Premium subscription is available for £6.99 per month, billed monthly in advance.
Billing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe Inc. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time via Account Settings → Subscription, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Premium access until that date.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods. If you believe an error has been made in billing, please contact us at billing@quantumreports.io.
Price Changes
We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days’ notice to registered users. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or extract data from the Service
- Access the Service through any means other than the official web interface or authorised API
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its backend systems
- Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, fraud, or any unlawful activity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features of the Service
6. Intellectual Property
The Quantum Reports name, logo, branding, platform code, AI analysis outputs, and all original content produced by us are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Quantum Reports.
News articles linked from the Service remain the property of their original publishers. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We exclude all liability for losses arising from reliance on the Service for financial or investment decisions.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.
9. Third-Party Content and Links
The Service aggregates news from third-party sources. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy or legality of third-party content. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we have no control over and accept no responsibility for their content.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you:
- Breach these Terms of Service
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behaviour
- Use the Service in a way that could expose us to legal liability
You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. The updated terms will be effective from the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at legal@quantumreports.io to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
